Tulip Study #3

A tulip doesn’t strive to impress anyone.
It doesn’t struggle to be different than a rose.
It doesn’t have to.
It is different.
And there’s room in the garden for every flower.

  1. But of course…I was thinking about doing a broken up shot like that of one of my tulips the other day so why shouldn’t that be what’s on your blog?

Yours is so much better than mine would ever be – that really is stunning.

  2. Thanks, Mike! Funny you should suggest that; it’s how I pictured it, spread across a wall.

David, I don’t use the triptych often, but it felt right with this particular photo.

Julie, no, I’m not surprised. We seem to think alike! (Remember the day we both posted night shots of the moon through trees?)
