Delphinium Dream

Blessed be the Lord for the beauty of summer and spring, for the air, the water, the verdure, and the song of birds.  - Carl von Linnaeus

The Delphinium has quickly become one of my favorite flowers. I like how it changes during the day as light plays through its petals. No two days are alike when it comes to photographing this tall blossom-heavy perennial.

  1. Unusual composition - it works really well with this flower. And a lovely deep purple. Yum!
